I am not embarrassed to say (actually kind of embarrassed, but, whatever) that I have been distracting myself this week with Sherlock fanfic, and obviously, a lot of it is really formulaic and silly, but then I found this amazing piece about Sherlock at university, which actually made me cry.  (Though, maybe I’ll just blame that one on the pregnancy hormones.)  Queertrees just handles the whole gay-and-using-drugs Sherlock thing better than anything else I’ve seen, and a million times better than Moffat and Gattis would, if they even bothered to actually address any of that stuff seriously.
