Harm reduction fic recs

The most directly harm reduction fic I can think of is Ain’t No Grave (Can Keep My Body Down) by spitandvinegar because needle exchange and the dangers of femoral injection are both specifically mentioned. Also One Day at a Time by KeelieThompson1.
Wrt sex, I would love to see Negotiated Safety done really well in a really hot fic. But I’ll just have to keep looking.
I think that any drug fic that rings true to me is going to have to involve some acknowledgement of harm reduction, so I’ll give you my general drug fic recs (warning that all of these involve explicit injection drug use):
